nv4500 tranny swap to 87-up tbi motor specific questions.

i have a 87-88 tbi motor 350 and want to swap in the nv4500 tranny i scored cheep. its from a 96-up 350 motor. the vortec style. my current 87-88 350 is stick shift. but will there be any problems with clutch fitment and clearence /spacing issues on the swap. i have a idea for the hydro throwout bearing hookup already. any help would be great.

There shouldnt be. The motors are all the same. The differance didnt come till the third gen motors.
