Top gun coatings Ceramic "Titanium" (good to 2000* with lifetime guarantee)

it is an actual army green/blue type color........there are no other color options with the Titanium. So not sure how well the pics will show it

Who cut the o-ring grooves for you, I've heard it's hard to find shops that'll do it for you?
 
No this is the head for my '98 so hopefully it will hold the 75psi this next go around. you don't need to o-ring if you stay under 50-51psi with headstuds. I ran 55psi on the stock HG with ARP headstuds for about a year, before I upped the ante to the 70-ish psi, and it took about 4 seconds of 7/8 throttle run for the headgasket to say Enough!


But no its not hard to cut o-rings, you just have to know what your doing and have the pattern down. theres a few places in town that said they'd do it, but I sent to someone I trust out by Rimby.
