Odd Ques on Blower Motor

Ok my blower motor had stopped working , I thought , replaced it, but come to find out the new motor doesn't work either

Wierd because after that changed the fan position one notch lower and on she comes. Works on the three low positions when I put it on high it just stops. So I put the old motor back in and it does the same(only works in the three low positions)

Measured the voltage at the plug where it connects to the motor and it reads 12.3 when in the high position and drops to like 12.2 I think in the other 3 spots.

Why isn't it blowing in the high position, I am stumped

high speed works through a relay on side of heater box under the hood.

Well just replaced the relay and still no go, the other three still work but still not high

You need a hi-blow relay. No joke, Go to the dealer.

Where is that located at? Is the dealer the only way I can get one? Do you know how much they are?

Alirght I got it, it was a loose nut at the hotbox where it goes to the relay, just wiggled that wire and on she came so I tightened down the nut and everything works fine now
