For some reason, I think due to the locker ??, that my back right tire is wearing a bit more than the left back tire. Id like to even them out. Can I move the whole wheel from one side to another.

The tires are M/T Baja Radials.

Yes. Modern radial tires do not care if their direction of rotation is changed.

I'd be more concerned with the overall dia from tire to tire on the same axle. Too much difference will cause it to "fight" side to side in the locker and / or axles.

Unless the tire is labeled for a specific direction of rotation and/or side of the vehicle, you sure can. Lockers can indeed be touchy with overall differences in diameter.

They would get there eventually with a proper rotation pattern, so I wouldn't see any reason why you couldn't just swap them directly.

Dont forget though this wasnt always true. And is usually why the question still gets asked. Theres still a stigma remaining from the 70s and even into the early 80s where once the direction of the radial tire was set from driving changing the side of the car it was on would shift the belts and cause catastrophic blowouts.
