No locking washer tabs, the spindle nut has a smooth exterior (by touch, can't get the best visual being that it's in the hub).
First socket wasn't of very high quality, but the options were either it or the other one (black steel) at roughly 3 times the cost. If it was torqued near where it should be then the first socket would have been fine, but me using a 2ft long ratchet broke that socket before the nut moved at all.
Not my first stuck hub nut, but this little shit is fighting harder than most class 8 truck hubs that were badly abused. Maybe pick up another 10 bolt front axle so I have some spare spindles on standby is these threads are damaged haha
