Horn button, one scratch on front, no broken tabs or cuts or anything other than that scratch on the front. I don't know the year. Maybe 80s. This was in Vee's '81 truck, the steering column has no provisions for wipers, but tilt. The cover would have also worked in my '85, though I don't know if the column was original, it did have provisions for wipers and tilt.
