OEM Quality tailgate?

Found this tailgate for sale within driving distance. Price doesnt seem unreasonable compared to beat up tailgates Ive seen plenty of.

Is this OEM quality? Should I already be driving there to pick it up?

Never saw one. But like the GM restoration tag on the box... Run a metal paint stick down the length of the straight sections...

I think the GM licensing is mostly about being able to stamp the logo. I don't think it necessarily means much about the fit. The thing I'd be leery of are the seller's footwear choices.

I've never used aftermarket sheetmetal. I'm the guy cutting up rust free donors for patch panels.
