I know that this isn't a blazer question, but suprising the 79 k5 blazer is running fine, the problem I have is with my 02 jeep grand cherokee laredo, while driving the overdrive will switch to off (by itself) and I cannot hit the button on the gear selector to get it to turn back on, it takes turning the jeep off and then on again to get it into overdrive, anyone know anything that could cause this or how to fix it? thanks.....

sounds like a software issue, check a dealer and see it there is a update for the PCM software
