We have moved the office to the shop location. We are hoping this will add a level of convenience for our customers. Technical questions as well as orders can be done via the same phone number

712-479-2251

Tracy is in the office from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. After that its just me!:eek1:

Of course orders can be placed at any time throughout the normal business day and i'm almost always there till 5. Usually much later, like 9-10. :haha:

We are currently gearing up for some new stuff, lots of plans and new stuff on the horizon. We'll keep ya all informed. Stay tuned!

like 12 bolt rear covers? ROFLMAO... Sounds great Kert. I still need to think of a beadlock pattern for the buggy for ya.

I still don't know what that stupid little electric motor is for.:haha:

Sounds cool. Hopefully this will keep you from having to answer the phone all day.

Probably further from Houston. I don't think you'd notice the difference though.:wink1:

Tracy was home with a sick little one today and I sure noticed the differnce. Phone rang all day long. That's cool though. I make up for it.

The electric motor has changed mikey! Not on the stand anymore but rather a slide in for like an engine stand or on the end of the welding bench. Does that help?? NOT!

12 bolt covers didn't move... They are still on the bottom of the list!:haha:

Gotta bring this to the top. I've always dealt directly with Kert since none of my orders have ever been a standard part without a custom touch.

I ordered some winch parts through DIY4X (at a great price BTW ) and there was a snafu with payment. I spoke to Tracy on the phone twice and she is very nice, professional, informed, and very sharp.

I've dealt with a lot of shops where the person that picks up the phone either has no customer service skills or has no idea what's going on outside of the office. I've gotta say even though it was only to straighten out a payment problem, Tracy is probably the best person I've ever gotten on the other end of the phone in a long time. :waytogo:

Tracy's head is getting bigger.... Better stop that!:haha:

Seriously, she appreciates the compliments and strives to make your business with us a pleasant experience. Even when there is a snafu!

Why do I get the feeling that in a year I'm going to be ditching my H1's and running some DIY4X custom double beadlocks. :doah::haha:

No, no it's a disease and to stave off the disease you have to FEED it!

Well, I need some 20" x 12" military steel rims with 6-8" of offset.

I think!

So, you need 20" wheel shells, a custom center. 8 on 6.5" bolt center i'm guessing.

IIRC Rockwells are 6 on 8.5". (yes, I meant to type it in that order)
