We're technically 9-5, usually here at least 8:30 to 5:30 on the phones. If you're looking for a part on the shopping cart and don't have any questions about it, ordering online works well. If you need help on the application or have questions about anything else, call it in. Both go at the same speed, so there's no real difference there.
