I have 10 of the square ones aroung my roof rack. They are ok as camping lights if you buy them 1/2 price and have an extra around, but I would not run them as off-road lights.

For the average joe, I agree that the KCs are pretty much the way to go. If price weren't an object, then yeah the Lightforces are the ticket.
Back when I didn't have a mortgage/financial plan beyond next Tuesday, I spent a chunk of change on the sealed beam daylighters -- 5 across the roof and two on the bumper. Let's see, 365,000 cp x 7 = uh, a lot. It puts a huge draw on my whole electrical system when I fire 'em all up, but I can see what I need to.
For most practical apps, two or three should be plenty.

After we started stocking the pro comp's we completly discontinued the KC brand. They just didn't sell anymore. For price I vote on the Pro Comp's
