Oh boy, I think I over did it with 10 inches of lift. I actually think the 38's look small. This is the BorregoK5 flip and custom made brackets with 2" tuff country springs. And of course a 3" body lift. Can you say top heavy? I knew you could!

Friends, I am 6'5" tall and the top of the rear bumper comes to my waist. The top lip of the rear wheel well measures at exactly 4 feet.

I would like to thank Mike (BorregoK5) for making the parts and not a damn other person for helping me cause I did every bit of labor by myself /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

NEWS FLASH!!! I have had it in for exactly 10 minutes and the ORD greasable bushings are holding up great! LOL!!J/K /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

You know your truck is too tall when your rear brake lights are only visible to 747s.....LOL Dude that thing is a beast looks nice how about some side shots.......

For real, if you can make 38's look too small, your rig is frikkin BIG. Better roll some 44's, I will agree. Looks good! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

At least we don't have lift laws here any more. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif Are you going to pull the body lift? Although bigger tires would be an option. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

man that would be aleigfht if you pull the body lift.looks almost like you got 33's under there.haha.enuf lift for monster truck tires.

It looks awesome, first time in my life I've seen 38's look like wagon wheels on a vehicle. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

I think my beater falls into that catagory as well

can you say "muddflap law" ? i knew you could /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif looks like my ticket to a ticket. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

I was thinking about taking the body lift off but man, I would realy love to go with 44's and a doubler. Plus I would have to make new bumpers to compensate for the lower body. I think Ill wear these Swampers out and go 44's!!

Cool, 4 wheel smokey burnouts to quickly wear the 38's. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif J/K. When are you lifting the front?

I am cutting the 10 bolt out today, And have my fingers crossed for a 60 by next week. Might have to go to dougs though....dont know how I feel about that yet...

That thing is huge. What do your neighbors think about being able to see over privacy fence from your drivers seat.

They are older folks and they dont understand the whole 4X4 thing... /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif

I know how you feel. I saw that he had 2 4wd crew cabs, but haven't felt like going down there to see. He has probably robbed the 60's from them already. Not that robbing 60's is bad. Just leary of him. But then again, how bad could he mess one up?

My brother's father in law has a sweet 83 K30 w/a 454. I want to "Test Drive" it for a weekend, so the front end gets a little lighter. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif /forums/images/icons/blush.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Just remembered that Howie told me about some Dana 70 front axles that someone @ Vermeer can get. They use them in trenchers. The only problem is the long side needs lengthened. I'm not sure if Chris w/CI4WI knows who to get them from. But, then you have to get the housing lengthened.
