oh my word, is this true?

I was thinking the 87 tbi 454 had 230hp, not sure on the tq.

And Im pretty sure our kodiak at work has a 4bbl tbi, its a 96 or 97 model year though so its not a mk IV its a Gen V block (bleh)

hmmmm, i am running a mud pit and sounds like some stock hyperutektic pistons and a/150 no2 shot...maybe??be streetable and pit worthy...i'd like to put paddles on it and make it run on top like a buggy over water, i like to be able to lug it through also tho...i want my cake and eat it 2.

say 350hp/500 tq...?

how much $....only other bbc i have is 366T, i would like to build a 427...can i just get 427 car pistons and run the 454 block, crank, & rods...are the 366T rods treated like the crank?

i never heard the change refured too as metric/sae...but it changed..from 68-74ish to now..they measured at flywheel no accessories.....now its all accessories and idt its at rear tires...if the new 400hp pontiacs have that on the ground thus can ''eat'' a 69 400hp rated car...they have long past musclecars, but 87tbi aint it

That's a hell of request with a fullsize.... I'd venture to say with all the weight your gonna end up with the fishes.... but before I go too far, what kind of rig are we taking?

I'm guessing those water walking buggies are around 3500-4k pounds.
