Just another double-tax missing the point of what the registration is for. It seems every place has the ongoing issue that rangers, police, etc. don't really know the laws and all cite their own version. It's not uncommon for people to fight the tickets and win in these cases. Sadly, this wastes more tax money than the registration costs, and the same could be said for tickets written correctly.
