Oil additives???????

Haven't read everyones comments, but I just had a BB that took out a cam lobe at work, that yup, had a 1/2" of sludge in the pan... ya see everything in boats...

Oh, and Lucas is AMAZING stuff....
 
The thing to remember about ATF is that while it will dissolve carbon, it isn't meant to be combusted. the ATF will leave behind metallic deposits where you don't want them ( on your valves and such) Also, the ATF can hurt your seals, so you may end up with worse leaking..
