Thanks for getting back on subject...

Yea my York is mounted completely horizontaly But I still don't know why undoing the oil puke fix would help anything. And as far as a second filter...It looks like that's really my only option huh?

It's designed to run that way, horizontal or vertical. Have you been to the CCI website to get the full documentation?

how do you drain em if they are underground?

You have a drain at the bottom of the tank. Run pipe from that drain hole to above ground and put a valve on it. When you empty your air tanks open that valve and the moisture will blow out.
