Oil Leak, Need Advice

I just got done replacing the following because I thought I had an oil leak either coming from the valve cover or intake manifold gasket so I replaced the following;
- Valve cover & gasket
- Valve cover grommet
- Intake manifold & gasket
- Carb
- Rebuild HEI distributor
- Vacuum hoses

I have a new header and gaskets as well but they're at the powder coater currently. Here's a video of the leak. I thought it might be from the head gasket but I've found that this is a rare case. I wonder if it's leftover oil from the old valve cover leak trapper in the exhaust manifold heat risers. Thoughts?

Have you done anything to clean off the oil from the old leak?

I’d guess it’s old oil or oil dripped during the repair trapped on or along the manifold.

If you haven’t cleaned it, I’d do that thoroughly and see if it clears up.

Hit it with some degreaser and cleaned the engine bay. Oil burning eventually stopped but then I noticed I have an exhaust manifold leak. Once the headers are back from the powder coaters then I'll be back in business.
