I'll add this, but with the caveat that this is EXTREMELY unlikely...if it was from the factory, it would have leaked the whole time.
My Vortec heads were apparently mis-cast, as many of the accessory bolt holes went through to the valve area. I suspect these were GM rejects that I bought from someone (they were new, but had blue markings on them) but they do leak out of the accessory holes, even with a bolt and non-hardening ARP sealer.
