Do any of the accessory holes on a 350 tbi engine go into the lifter valley?

Oil leak on a TBI 350 head accessory hole

Nope. Probably a valve cover gasket. Check again real close.
I'll add this, but with the caveat that this is EXTREMELY unlikely...if it was from the factory, it would have leaked the whole time.
My Vortec heads were apparently mis-cast, as many of the accessory bolt holes went through to the valve area. I suspect these were GM rejects that I bought from someone (they were new, but had blue markings on them) but they do leak out of the accessory holes, even with a bolt and non-hardening ARP sealer.

That was my first thought, but I can only find oil around the accessory hole on the back.
On the back side i would suspect a bad intake rear seal (fairly common).
