I am in the market for an oil pan heater for my tractor and was wondering what a good one would be, i would like to have one that i can leave plugged in all the time and not have to worry about carbonizing the oil like i have read some heaters doing. any advice would help, thanks, chris

Our tractor came stock with a block heater, as to most diesel trucks. Are you just looking for some extra heat? I have a timer to plug my truck into so its only getting juice when you set the timer to come on, maybe you could use one of those with a standard pan heater.

i am just looking for something to make the tractor turn over easier, plus i was going to get on for the tranny/pto oil to keep it warm so it doesnt take so long to warm up and work.
