Oil pressure flucuation

Hey Guys,
I am driving a 2006 International bus and my oil pressure is flucuating between 25 and 60 psi. 25 psi at stops and about 58 psi while driving. Is this normal?

oil flow and pressure vary with engine rpms (i assume you aren't dealing with a dry sump system). does your pressure come back up when you rev the engine in park or neutral?
