Oil pressure line location

I just got a 72' Blazer with a 5.7L out of a 99' Suburban. Where on the engine is the best location to tie in the oil pressure line to run to the gauge? The gauge is mounted but the line is not tied in. Thanks

Behind the distributor or just above the oil filter. If you still have the factory mechanical guage then behind the distributor is where it went orignally. The line is a copper line and won't reach to the oil filter location.

Thanks, I will check there. I am going to replace all the gauges but while I run it now, there is a newer gauge already installed with a flex line that will reach.
