I pulled the oil pump this weekend to replace the rear main seal. I only have one alignment pin coming from the engine but have two alignment holes in the oil pump housing. Where do I find a replacement pin? Thanks.

Correct. But that is not my issue. There are two holes on either side of the bolt that holds the oil pump to the bottom of the engine. There is only one pin coming out of the bottom of the engine that aligns with the hole in the pump. My question is….Do I need to find the second pin that comes out of the bottom of the engine? Or is it OK to reattach the pump with only one pin?

There should be two. You can order them, but if in a hurry I’d hit up a local machine shop
