should i have an oil temperature gauuge? all i have is oil pressure and watter temperature. any one here running an oil cooler? should i get one, and how hard is it to install?

I don't have a gauge, but both of my 350 TBI's came with a factory oil cooler.
Seems like a good idea on vehicles that will see heavy loads and such.
I do plan on adding a gauge to both of mine in the future, after the tranny temp gauges though.
