Oil type in a 700R4

My manual states Dexron II, IIE or III. My local shop has Dexron IID. Can I use that without a problem?

That is the one you want. You can also use III just as well. The only type I would advice against is the older ATF Type A class, which isn't readily available anymore anyway.
