ok... here\'s the plan...

I am going to gut the interior of my burb and send it out to the local Rhino-lining place and have them go through the entire inside... floor, roof, sides, etc... then I am going to put all new carpet in, new dash, bezel, etc... hang a DVD player from the roof and make it super quiet, kid friendly, camping friendly, wheeling friendly and make it all clean looking...

thoughts?

Glitch!!!!

Not sure if you & 55-Willy have this totally thought out! /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
I'd suggest you 2 pool some resources and have this done to mine first, to provide a PROOF OF CONCEPT. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
I wouldn't charge ya'll for doing this on my /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif testbed. Just materials, some labor, and a few cases of beer!!!

What does it cost to have the interior of a /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif Rhino Lined? Also, is Rhino the best choice among the other lining companies?

Re: ok... here\'s the plan...

I used hurkuliner and no complaints at all. I used it in the door jams and in the fenders and its still there with out chiping or wearing off and I only spent 100 bucks. I am going for more soon /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Ryan,

If you pull off the sound deadening roof treatment and headliner, it will be louder after you rhino line it. Not sure what year you have but my 91 has a serious headliner with padding that keeps it quiet. Just a thought. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Re: ok... here\'s the plan...

After the Rhino-lining I am going to put all the trim, carpet, headliner, etc... back in. It all needs to be ripped out and new put in so I figured I might as well prep the metal while I am at it.
