After all this time I just now realized my NP205 has a slip yoke rear output. I knew it did when I put it in my blazer I just forgot until now. So what do I do to change it? I couldnt find a "kit" per say on the net. Did a search on here and only got mainly twin stick stuff.

I think you have to find a fixed yoke ouput 205 and can sometimes change the housings. I don't have the specifics

you need a donor 205 with a fixed yoke and you remove everything involved with the bolt on tail shaft housing and bearing retainer as well as the entire output shaft. Pretty easy if both cases are just sitting on a bench in front of you. A ford one will work as well.

junk yard or find someone to sell you the tailhousing you need

Check the classified ad section here on CK5. I'm pretty sure 1ton mudder has a couple for sale. If he is sold out, post a wanted ad as there are other members who have these parts for sale.
