I would rebuild, but use reputable shop or some one you trust.Alot of reman stuff is junk from my past experiences. Just my 2 cents tho.

if ur going this route i would rebuild if u have a trustworthy shop around, if not remaned or junkyard tranny its a crapshoot.
Rebuild...that way you can use what parts you want. Bonus points for doing it yourself. Buy a book and learn something. A Th350 is one of the easiest autos to rebuild.
