I sold a guy a Dodge Dana 60 axle a long time ago. I've sent several emails to him and he doesn't respond. He's paid for the axle but it still sits here. I needed my space and emailed him that it would be going outside some time ago. He wrote back that it would be fine to put it outside and that is the last i've heard from him. That was at least two months ago. Now after all this time probably six months over all it still here and I would really like to get my redneck looking yard cleaned up. What do you do?

i;d say one more email stating you will be hauling the axle to the dump if he doesnt come get it within a set number of days weeks...etc

id just email him with a read receipt so you know he got the email and give him a set day that it needs to be out by otherwise you will re sell it

yea, OR since you already cashed in on it, you can send it to me and i pay for shipping. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Let me know where to pick it up and I'll be right there

Find a out of the way place for it, and let him know too come get it or you will have too start charging him storage on it. Once the storage fee's reach the sale price, you will list it for sale once again.

I think I will send him another email with a read receipt as suggested above. (I always forget about that) Then if he doesn't respond in a set number of days to the read receipt its gona go.

No snail mail address. Sale was on the internet and he was to pick it up so all I have is his email address. No phone either. However, he does have my phone number and my email address.
