OKC peoples need help

need to get an idea of what the job market is like out there, i just got my orders, and i am leaving in dec.
My GF is trying to decide if she is going to stay here or go with me, she wants to know how hard it will be for her to find a job there.
anything clerical/computers/databases/spreadsheets/ staffing /personal management. she has about 6 years experience

The job market is good in OKC... It's a big town with lots of opportunity for people with a good work history...

Does she have a college degree?

What kind of qualifications does she have? Right now the job market is boomin'. Don't expect the pay to be comparable to CA, but then again, neither is the cost of living. I have some connections, dependent on what kind of work she is doing.

Agreed pay won't be the same, but should be comparable to cost of living. If she has any degrees or long time manager position, should be no problem finding a job.

also im thinking about buying a house, as an investment, rent it out after i leave. Whats a good place?

There are good and bad areas everywhere. Del City, which is around Tinker, has a lot of nice neighborhoods (it's where I live). Midwest City has some nice neighborhoods, and some straight up hoods. Moore and Norman are good for the most part as well. Choctaw is an all around good place. Find a place you are interested in, and I can tell ya if it's a place you want to live.
