Does anyone have some advice on restoring the center counsel on an old blazer. Do I sand and paint the fiberglas? What type of paint Krylon for plastic? Thanks for any help.

Pardon the hijack
How does the center console mount to the floor. Is it just 4 bolts up through the floor and position it where it fits good. The PO put in a new floor and covered it with rubber, looks ok and is easy to clean but he never mounted the console back in its original place.
