Hello guys, got a new burb... Its an 89 1/2ton. Already got a ff 14bolt for the rear and swapped the front 10-bolt over to 8-lug while waiting on my D60. I'm almost done installing H2 wheels with 37" krawlers. Picked up a shackle flip and 63" springs for the rear. I have a cummins 4bt I will install soon also.

That thing looks really solid! I love the wheel/tire combo on it. What size is the lift on it 'cause it looks like a 6" lift to me.

Hey bud thanks... its pretty solid. Zero rust!! The rims are stock steel rallys for a chevy 1/2 ton and the tires are 36" super swampers. I have since traded up to hummer H2 17" wheels and 37" krawlers. I will post those pics soon

IMO, nothing looks better on these older rigs than a set of factory rally's. I've got a set of them on my Sub and when I get a lift for it and step up to 33's or maybe 35's, I'm sticking with them.

P.S. Could you take some pics of the front winch mount. I've got some 1/4 steel sitting around here and I might be copying your winch mount.

since you didn't get enough of this over on SCBD.........when's it going up for sale:haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha:

j/k man good to see you back in the fullsize world. Now lets get out and go wheeling.

Classic...lol. Yeah lets wheelin

just an update... I found a A518 trans (46rh) that is the hydraulicly controled overdrive automatic out of a 89-93 dodge cummins 4x4. I chose this year and trand because i wanted overdrive and an automatic without wiring.lol

this year of truck also comes with the 205 t-case thats passenger drop. So besides the axles the drivetrain is cummins/dodge.

The crawl ratio is not good with the 4.56 gears, and its going to get worse since im switching to 4.10's. But first and foremost i wanted between 25-30 mpg, then i will play with crawl ratio.
