Old tires

Armour-all or similar products to condition the tires (not just shine) help reduce dry-rot dont they? Not saying baked in sun every day they will live 2x as long, but would think would help

Some of those products leach out the compounds in the tires which could make them age faster. At least according to some of the things I've read on the internet. I personally have never had an issue with it.

I thought that was one of their value adds was that would help condition in addition to that shine.

Never used belt dressing, dont know if that actually does anything or not, but belts are a much cheaper fix than trying to extend life of belt.

There has to be a product out there that helps combat dry rot and rubber deterioration. If not, then maybe I need to create it.

This is the product I talked about:

The idea of coating the tires to prevent leaching makes sense, but I'm not sure how you'd put the claims to the test.

As an aside, I've seen similar used on black plastic (all of it seems to be some form of Cerakote) that has started to go white from sun, and it definitely works in that regard.

That's what I put the caveat of that's what the internet says. If I believed everything I read, I'd never drive my truck for fear of it breaking.
