Pulled from my '77 Blazer, not sure how many miles are on it. It's from '95 or around in there, I think. 2pc rear main and has provisions for left or right dipstick. P/O said it ran great, but developed a rod knock due to the oil getting thinned out with gas. He pulled a rod cap to take a look and it does look a little worn. Asking $175?, located in central Ohio.

In the pics, the motor has been sprayed with white lithium grease, except for one cylinder has been wiped out for the pic. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable lip worn into the cylinders, but there is some carbon buildup.

does it have a 4 bolt main block? also it seemed like you meant it was a whole engine. do you have the rest of the parts with it?

I'll check the numbers again, but I think it was a 2 bolt main. It will come with everything the original crate motor did when new, which is everything in the first pic, minus the crank pulley and mount brackets. I need those for my Blazer. The balancer will stay on it though. The carb/manifold, headers and dizzy are being reused on the Blazer also. I do still have all the bolts and the pushrods and stuff too.

I would think so, but I honestly cannot say for sure because I never personally heard it run. The PO seemed to be upfront and honest about everything. He said the float stuck and flooded out the motor, which caused the oil to be thinned with gas and killed the bearings. He also said it ran quiet with 20w50 in it, but he didn't want to keep running it that way and risk damaging anything more. By the time I came across the truck, he hadn't had any bites on it, so the starter/carb/alternator/etc had been pulled in preparation to scrap the truck. I did not try to get it running again, I just pulled the motor to put a 400 in it.

Whew, that was a long answer for such an easy question:doah:

what major city in ohio are you by? ive got a line on a 4 bolt main 350 motor thats seized, but if that falls through or the block is too bad i'll let you know if thats okay

I'm a little west of Columbus, right off of I70. Pretty much right in the middle of the state.

Still have it. If nobody wants it, that must be a sign that I'm supposed to rebuild it and drop it in my s10:crazy:
