? on TH400 output shafts between 205,203's

like the title says, my buddy just called me and asked if the output shaft length is differnt from his th400 that has a 205 behind it and then his other blown up th400 w/203 behind it does anbody know? thanks

There is a difference, the 203 shaft is a good bit shorter -

* Up to 85 th400/205 tailshaft sticks out 4.5"

* 85 up th400/205 tailshaft sticks out 3"~3.5"

* th400/203 tailshaft sticks out 1"~1.5"
