Did some homework last night and came up with the length of serpentine belt for the holley ls brackets.

This would've not been a big deal but I went rogue and only used the AC bracket portion of the kit and not the alternator and power steering relocation bracket.
I wanted to try to keep as much of the stock mounts as possible.

Holley provides a formula on their website and the instruction pages for belt length the problem was my belt came out to 111 inches and then minus the amount that Holley says you need to subtract for the tensioner pulley it came out to 109.8 inches in length for the belt that I needed.
If we were in Europe we could get belts for quickly so I was able to figure it out online after about an hour and a half worth of searching. Plus a little math for the length in millimeters and came up with three people that make the belts for this size.
Goodyear Continental and gates
All three of them the part numbers are nearly the same.
Goodyear shows a part number of 4061098
Gates part number K061098

Then part number indicates the length, so they should all be similar.

That is the way it would seem but when you look at the descriptions online they differ slightly
Do not know if it would make that much of a difference or not due to the adjustment in the tensioner.
I do know that I could have gone with about 1/2" longer on the belt and been just fine

Yeah, like Martin said, those numbers tell the number of ribs and length. That's a pretty common belt, I've got some on the shelf at my store.

Have not done much to the project in awhile.
Been down on the leg and old job would not let me come back to work unless I was 100% per company policy.
So, I was on disability for a little while and then was able to find a new job that I could do. THANK GOD! Disability sucks!
Getting back into the saddle and looking at the project I'm going to do a couple of things a little different. I will keep you guys posted as I start to ramp up again.
I have been gathering little things here and there for it. I will share soon.
I have missed this project!

Also I'm in the denton area if yall ever go wheelin, I'll be there. It's always nice to wheel with other square bodies. Got some decent trails by my house

Wow, what a build thread! Don't know how I missed it all this time....

Just finished reading the whole thing! Can't wait to see it put together...and yes, I am definitely jealous. Great job so far.
