Worth it.
Not one of a kind, but definately cool. I would buy it and scrap the interior.
I very seriously doubt that it is a '79. Front clip swap, yeah OK, lot's of people do that. But swap the door panels, dash pad, seats AND the newer column with the multi-function stalk?. Maybe just the frame is a '79.
