I am looking to get rid of my sliding side windows in my Jimmy. My son has a 96 Bronco with one piece solid side windows and I like them. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jim

Solid windows are very common on your truck. Can find either the windows or a whole top for cheap on Craigslist or the junkyard. Or find someone on here that wants the sliders and trade for the solid windows. Check over in the for sale section too.

i always liked the solid ones way better than the sliding ones too. check craigslist or your local junkyard. happy hunting!

I found a pair on a burd, but they look too big. I think they are much nicer than those sliders.

Thanks for the info guys,

Jim

If you haven't yet, make a post in the "Wanted" section and offer to trade. Some people like the sliders better. If you were closer I'd give you a right sied one.

That makes at least 3 people trying to give away rt side glass.

Whats the deal

Why is it that people only have a right side window? I have both, pulled out of my top and was debating getting the sliders put in.. But I am not to sure now.. :haha:

I have both.. as in both sides, and both flavors (solid/sliders). I have the sliders in, and the solids laying around in the event I ever choose to use them. :thumb: I figure they're easy enough to store, so may as well keep 'em around. ;) I may never use them, but it's nice to have the option.

If you mean burb as in Suburban, then no they won't work.

The burb windows won't work so don't go buying them.
