So, I was sitting in my front yard looking at my truck planning my cage and my neighbors walk over (little background on the neighbors is they are one of the top dogs in demo derby in the midwest, he usually paints navy on the side of the cars. names are tory and brian.)
tory: What are you doing?
me: Figuring out how I want to design my cage.
T: You know how crappy these frames are, why don't you box it in like you did that sub?
M: Ehh, thats going to take too long, I want to drive this thing, besides the cage will tie everything in.
T: Lets take the body off so it won't be so difficult.
M: na, it dosn't need to be done.
T: Do it you "explative", Brian, go get the tools.
So after 45 min aguing that I dont want to do it and an hour and a half the whole body was off and ready to be completly gone through. I'll be boxing in the frame, strip the grime off the frame, hammertone paint and some new doubler crossmembers/skid plate.
