im looking to put in a one wire 10si alternator in my truck,i already have a 10si so it will fit. its a long story about overcharging and stuff. but i was curious what i have to do with the wire that goes from the starter, to the alternator,and continues back to the ignition...do i just cut the alternator out of that and run it straight from the starter to the ignition?
