opinions on the mid 90's 6.5 turbo diesel motor

Hi All
I'm looking for opinions on the mid 90's 6.5 turbo diesel motor.I'm thinking of buying a 95 with 79K on this type motor Thanks

Do a search. This question comes up every so often, and I am ot on here much.

Decent engine IF you take the time to research how to work on it, don't expecdt it to perform like a later model Duramax, Power Stroke, or Cummins, and make a few key mods to make it last with more power. Check out Dieselplace.com. Huge 6.5 following over there, and snart guys that can lead you in the right direction when things go wrong.
