I have a bunch of 263 specs in a pdf, but nothing matching your 1064-001... I don't believe any of the 263 valves are open center, but I could be wrong...
Call 877 fluid power, it's char-lynns number... They should be able to help with info... You'll want to know if it's open or closed center, load or non-load reacting, displacement and such...
If they are willing to send you catalogs with valve numbers and specs, take everything you can get... Could be real helpful in the future...

damn, I sure hope its open center, paid $125 for the thing. Guy said he has friends that have used them on their rigs and they are all running over 50" tires on 2.5 and 5 ton axles
