ORD backed up?

I've heard a lot of good things about ORD in the 7 months I've been on CK5. I called them for the first time last week to try to talk to somebody about pricing out a lift kit for my blazer. The lady that answered the phone asked if she could take my name and number and have somebody call me back, sure no problem. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard from anybody. Is this normal? Should I call again or take my Business else where?
 
I don't believe that is normal at all. I have dealt with ORD a couple of times andbeen around others who have ben pleased with the whole company. I even was lucky enough to spend the day wheeling with Stephen in Wally!! I would bet that it is just a mistake. I would have called them back before the end of the next day.
 
We've been super short handed the last couple weeks due to KOH, give us a call this coming week when we're back to 100%!
 
If I called someone and they were to call back, who would wait a week for the call ?Wouldn't a normal person after maybe a couple of hours , or maybe a day call back with a WTF ?Maybe you don't deserve their products, Call Rancho ! LOL .

well the huge waste of money and time for the stiffest lift kit in off the shelf parts is up to you then .

and its a known fact most huge / med size shops go to the koh race every year.

trust us here at ck5 we know our stuff. call them as said Monday and work it out .

and dahreno that posted in here trashing them that's your opinion . . . but trash talking on this site wont get you far . :deal:
 
WOW sweet K30 ! You really don't get out much, do you ? I guess with over 21 thousand posts here you don't have time to understand humor!:dunno: We were just kidding ! You know, you have heard of them, they are called jokes and I am sure the op got it ! Here is my old wagon with ORD 4 link with king coilovers. I do know how good they are and wouldn't have anything but .:waytogo:
 
I will say that I did not see the humor in those posts either. Sometimes things don't come across as intended in text. That picture and clarification says a ton! Thanks!

And the OP is a supporting member and always will be. I though the other guy came off as a dick but I just came back with humor. Clearly I'm wanting a quality lift kit or I wouldn't have called ORD
 
It was just a joke and only intended for the OP.I thought he understood my humor but now I hope you all understand. I don't post here very often because I don't own a Blazer or any thing like that . What I do have is a 1961 Willys wagon on a Blazer frame and drivetrain. That's the reason I come here once in a while. Thanks for playing and understanding.
 
Just give them a call They have been super Busy and Very Short Handed. The folks you would have wanted to talk to.... Minus Chris were not there anyway. So hopefully u can Understand. Sounds like all is good. But trust me you will get no better care and business than ORD.
 
I think you should show us more of that Willys!!!!!! You can bait everyone in showing off all the parts that can also be used on a K5! :waytogo: Post up in the garage!
