Anyone happen to have a part number for the bushings in the ORD bilstein’s? I believe they are the 5125 series. Tried doing a googly search but came up dry.

I am guessing you are having problems with the rear upper shock mounts on the 5125 series Bilsteins being too small for the GM stock rear upper stud mounts. I have a set of 5125 Bilsteins I bought from ORD, and I had the same problem. Luckily the old set of Rancho 5000 series of shocks I had still had upper urethane bushings in them that where still good. They fit the GM stock rear upper stud mounts. I pushed them out of my old Rancho shocks, and installed them in my Bilsteins. The upper rubber shock bushings that are a in the Bilsteins are pain to get out, but my Harbor Freight 20-Ton press made short work of them.

No. My bil didn’t bolt them down and just slid them over the studs and they worked loose on the trailer ride home and the bushings came out.

Bilsteins come with pressed in rubber bushings that do not come out easy. How could they just fall out?

Assuming they got hung on the edge of the stud and bouncing up and down they got pulled out.
