Hi has any one some experience of ORD custom leafsprings in 6 inch lift hight? how are they!?
And also if anyone has somthing to say about Fox 2.0 performance shocks!?

I bought a pair for the front, 4"
I Love them, my truck see's a little more highway, great ride went to ORD's from tough country springs night and day difference.
Lot's more flex I'm now using my bump stops, fulling extending my shocks, I had to install some temporary spacers before I drove the blazer to 2015 BB 2600 mile round trip.
They cost a lot but good investment. IMO
Just talk to Chris he'll get you set up.

Don't have them but want them someday. They are made by alcan spring for ord and are of the highest quality. Everything ice read has been good and those that have them live them.

I have a set of ORD springs with Bilstien shocks. I will only buy leaf springs from them now. ( or direct from Alcan ) And yes there is a difference between them, even though Alcan builds ORD springs.

You need to look at Deuling's build. He got a hold of some Raptor shocks.

Also, if you look around on here, there are a lot of guys that have experienced the difference when stepping up to ORD springs. It is amazing! It's best to feel the difference.

Ok everything I Heard abot ord leaf springs are just that they are the best! so its no question that I gona go for a pair for my
front. Today I have a pair pro comp 4 inch leaf springs on my K5 and I dont like them very mutch they are very stiff!!!

I gott 33/12.5-15 Wheel on 10*15 m-t rims, but I am planing for 37/14.5-15 Toyo open country on my m-t rims.
So I think I have to go one a 6 inch lift to clear this Wheels and rims, because I am not in for cutting in my fenders at all!
and not so happy about body lift either, maybe a 1 inch body lift from ord at most!
But In the same time I dont want to sacrifice to mutch ride quality going from 4 to 6 inch springs.
And the ord springs are pricy so its a big decision for me! 4 inch 6 inch??????????????

37 and no chop you need 6 inch. They change the spring rate for the height but they still ride nice unlike most lift springs. You could go 4 inch with zero rates and one inch body lift. You have a few options.

Yes, ORD springs are pricey, but they are specifically designed for what you want.

As far as lift amount, I believe that you will have to go to 6".

I say call Stephen at ORD.

Are the ORD springs any longer for the front, someone said that they make them slightly longer to give the shackle a better angle?

Yes, ORD makes the shackle angle right. That is just one of the reasons that the ORD spring is a little more than Alcan. Stephen and the guys have learned through experience what the spring design does for different results.

The ORD springs are awesome. I have run pretty much all the high end shocks around with the exception of Kings. I ran sway-a-ways on the old blazer, I have Sway-a-way coil overs and Fox remote resi on the 4 runner and all of them have been fantastic. I run the bilstein's valved to Stephens specs and it rides as good as a lifted sold axled rig should ride. The bilstein's are a great compromise between $ and quality. All of the top end shocks are great but only really necessary if high speed is in the equation.

I am running Fox 2.0's in the rear with stock 52's and a shackle flip. I just went out last weekend on them for the first time and was extremely happy with them. I have yet to put my fronts on as I need to build some shock hoops. I could tell a massive difference front to rear.

Fox IPF shocks are an aluminum body monotube.. similar to a bilstein but will not take a hit like a steel body will. If it was me I would stick with bilstein, you can choose what valving you want (if you know what you want).

IMO especially with those springs a 6" lift is not going to clear 37x14.50s on 10" wide wheels. From everything I see the springs travel quite a lot and a tire that tall and wide will just simply not fit into the fender opening while turned.
