Hi,
Does it look like the ORD steering brace will fit?....or is the winch pto shaft is in the way? Do we need a better pic? Thanks!

I seriously doubt that you can install the brace. Well, not without cutting a decent size notch out for the driveshaft. Which would be difficult to compensate for with other reinforcement.
I would suggest going completely custom if you are going to install a steering box brace.

You have fun with the oil cooler lines that go in that hole if you have one so the pto shaft = nope going to need modified .

Here's a shot with the oil cooler lines going through. It looks like some notching is in order, but maybe not as far up as the 90-degree weld is. Maybe you can add some material to the top to compensate (as the fan shroud allows), but it would be even better to add material to the bottom, as a "hoop" around the PTO shaft. Even if you simply notch the brace, it's still going to work better than no brace.

If the cut on the brace is too significant, you could look at a custom designed one. If you have clearance to the shroud, it could probably attach higher up.

Hey thanks guys. Pics have been helpful. Might be a 'by the skin of my teeth' chance the brace will fit. Now that I think of it I may have ORD brace buried in the parts pile and I should go look for it to confirm. I will report back.
