ORD weld on frame brace instructions

Does anyone have the instruction sheet for the weld on brace for 75' kit. I am finally ready to install, but have lost the instructions on where on the frame to stitch weld. If I remember correctly, it is somewhat specific. Thanks in advance. I have searched and have only come across a drawing in the how to here on ck5. The brace is shaped different than mine, so I was not sure if the welds were in the correct areas.

I also lost my instructions, and I've been wondering if any body has the instructions.

this is the drawing I found, but my plate is a different shape. I might just have to call them and get one emailed.
