Got the hook up on Pirate. Tired of the leaky gas tank and don't want to worry about the tank getting smashed on the departure angle.

Here is what dimensions I am getting, any different suggestions?

Jaz Pro Sport w/foam

22-B Gal 34-1/2" 18-3/4" 10-1/2"

Well, I just ordered it on the phone and should be getting it pretty soon. I went ahead and ordered the roll over flapper for the xtra $20. Better to have it than not. I will post pic's when she comes in

do you think you will have any troubles with the foam deteriating (sp?) and clogging the fuel system? Don't know if this is an issue with that cell, but some foam is bad.

I have read those posts in the COG forum and had similar concerns. I dunno :dunno:

AFAIK JAZ is the leader in the Fuel Cell market and I would hope they wouldn't sell a product with those problems being a major concern.

I guess I will have to learn my lesson if I am wrong :(

Oh ya and Big Pappa, if it works then stick with it right?

Yeah I'd imagine Jazz would come up with something to make it work.
Keep us posted on how it holds up eh, jeff? :cool1:

Alright thats easy enough, don't let it run dry! But knowing me...I would probably forget.
Good luck, and show some pics when it's installed!

yeah, i don't think its a major issue unless you leave it empty for long periods of time. I dunno about you guys, but I have a bad habit of doing upgrades in bunches and having my rig be "down" for 6 months at a time. I'd definitely have to remind myself to "fill 'er up" after wheelin trips.

I know what you mean. I haven't wheeled since December when I left for Iraq and now that I am home I have done nothing but hack up my K5 :)
