I finally got around to mounting my ORD front bumper :D. This one is the new Low Profile Design that is shown in its construction phase on ORD's site. I still need to drill two more holes on each side to finish mounting it. I added the light tabs in the positions shown. It has all of the provisions to mount a winch there, I just need a winch. Hopefully one will be under the tree on Christmas. All I can say is I have been waiting for another bumper of this design to show up and here it is. Now for some pic whoring and posing.

I like how you applied bedliner to the bottom front fender and front piece behind the bumper. That's a good look and very functional.
 
very nice truck! what kind of bedliner did u use? is that herculiner? and did u just spray paint your grill and bezels? looks sweet
 
Yep, that is Herculiner used on the entire rocker panel area, bed/over the rails, tailgate middle stripe, and the entire roof of the cab. I started with the traditional two tone idea with the rockers and back of cab then just added the cowl grill and hood. For the grille I scuffed it all with scotchbrite pads, then used SEM plastic cleaner, then SEM plastic adhesion promoter, then SEM trim black paint. Seems to hold up well on other applications I have seen if you do all the prep. Thanks for the compliments on the truck.

I believe Stephen is selling them for the same price as the original style bumper, but safest bet is to call them directly.

FYI - I called on that bumper - and they make the same bumper to fit a First-Gen - same price - just a tiny bit different at the mounting points.
 
I like it a hell of alot better then the other bumper they build. I personally think they other bumper is ugly as hell, but to each there own. This one looks alot better IMHO.

I like it better than the old round cow killer. I think it could stick out a bit less and sit a bit higher so it won't eat up as much approach angle.
