Hate you! I'm waiting for rifle Washington and my back is so toasted I doubt I'll be able to get outta the truck all season.
Opening weekend done! Cliff notes!
Passed on cows opening morning before 7am. Kicked myself for the next 36 hours. Got a chance at a monster 6 point bull Sunday night. Missed. Damn it was a badass weekend.

Dang Bette luck next time, still a good feeling to be in those woods though.
Opening weekend was phenomenal coast range Rosie hunting. The pregnancy kept me home till the last weekend. Full moon and storming locks the elk down. 25 deer in two days though and a cool time cruising the woods with my father in law.
Buck down!!!! Smacked a fork at 60yrds last night with a 100 grain montec on Easton axis motivated by the Monster! Schedules have played hell with my season. 6 days of camo at least produced something. Meet in the freezer.
