about twice as much as it would cost me and a friend to fly out, drive it home, including meals and 2 nights in a hotel...

depending on the miles that aint a bad deal.... although you could fly out there.. rent a uhaul and a towbar or trailer and drive it back... would be a bit cheaper but think of the convenience!!!!!!

oh i coudl drive it home not to worried about that it is more convenentient but you also dont get to drive the vehicle, hear it run,ya da ya da....oh its about 2200 miles or 34 hours of driving..

If you can get enough members between there and here maybe you could organize some sort of relay. Each member willing to get to the next member and so on. Of course, each member would have the right to wheel it before getting to the next member in which you may not want it anyway:D

not gonna be to much wheeling going on its a 2wd dually plus if something was to happen like it get wrecked it would be hard to explain..

if it was me i would take a road trip.. oh never mind my aunt lives in montana, my friend lives in north dakota, another friend in mich, and then my entire family lives in ohio.. so alot of breaks for me..:D

I just towed a Suburban about that same distance to give to my Dad. Prior to that we figured out what it would cost for him to come get it. It's not cheap nowadays, expecially with a big old truck (I don't know what engine is in this C30 you're talking about). If you do the math, it won't be much (if any) cheaper to go out there and get it yourself. Also, you'd be jumping into a 2200-mile trip in a vehicle that you don't really know.

One-Way Plane Ticket from Richmond to Missoula ~ $450
220 Gallons of gas (this is optimistic for a dually unless t's diesel) ~ $700
3 Cheapass Motels ~ $100
Food on the Road ~ $60
So, you're lookin at somewhere around $1300 to go get it yourself (more if it gets worse than 10mpg).

Its going to be expensive because its a crewcab dually. Try eBay - there are a bunch of car haulers.

x2 i was only looking at 800 for a sub from ca to ct

Try Excalibur Transportation out of Phoenix, AZ. (602) 301-8812. I got a Blazer from New Jersey to Los Angeles for just over $900.

Dependable auto shipper's. They are local , and are the primary shipper for ebay.

Just cause there local doesnt mean much... Look around some more, im sure you can do much better than that...

I mean that they are local to me . They ship a ton , and if you look at car's on ebay and they have a shipping price it is thru them. I hear avg for them is 800 + -

I know what you mean, typicly doesnt matter depending on the service you getting. Having one close is nice, that way you can drive it home rather then them drop it off.
